Using a slow shutter speed allowed me to convey the motion of the water past this moss and pine needle covered rock between the upper and lower falls at Dave's Falls. This photograph was taken on Halloween, October 31, 2016.
Dave's Falls County Park is located just south of Amberg, in Marinette County, WI. A $3 admission will grant you access to this popular hiking area. The hike in from the parking lot isn't too far, but it is quite steep in places and the footing can be challenging in places.
